By prior arrangement we can agree on a call out facility 24/7 to deal with critical applications. We have a number of contacts and can try and obtain the necessary parts out of hours as required.

For items of plant which require urgent repair, we can carry this out on site or take the equipment to our workshop for overhaul.

We have successfully carried out repairs to pumps, motors and mechanical equipment overnight.

We own a thermal imaging camera which can be used to view distribution boards, connections and equipment to identify circuits that are operating out of parameters.

Fully proficient in low voltage digital and analogue circuits down to PLC level for fault finding. Our engineers carry specialist manufacturer interfaces and calibration / testing software. This enables us to perform various tasks to leading sensor equipment such as IFM and Vaisala. Our signal replication instruments can generate 0-10v signals and closed 4-20mA loop currents for testing of valves and positional equipment.

We have Chemical Systems engineers that can handle any aggressive plant prior to strip down.
